NOOB Gifting BACK.


OW Updates loaded tomorrow, Monday the 8th ~ you can begin to gift yourself again! 

Now most of you know me & I don't necessarily support this whole NOOB thing ... But *our* voices were heard by OW and *our* request to bring GIFTING BACK! 
That ROCKS! 

So, remember - you need to be level 25 or higher.
